We are constantly testing new recipes to grow our menu and offer a diverse range of food items for all our customers. TIFN operates within the Toronto and GTA region and provides delivery services every Tuesday & Friday.

We take pride in sourcing all our produce fresh and making sure only the quality approved ingredients are put in our recipes. We make sure that we source seasonal vegetables, antibiotic free locally sourced chicken and certified Halal meat as requested.

Packaging
We use recyclable boxes and environment-friendly bags to deliver our food to you. The boxes are freezer-safe, microwave friendly, and spillproof. Every box that arrives to you has a TIFN label indicating the macro and calorie counts of the dish and best before dates.
